Dec 4, 2023 · 1) Go to your game settings and turn off Vsync. 2) Launch your Red Dead Redemption 2 again to see if it is loading normally. 3) If the infinite loading issues still persist, then go to NVIDIA Control Panel. 4) Under Manage 3D settings, click Program Settings > Add > select your Red Dead Redemption 2 exe. program file. Launch the game and wait to get stuck there open task manager and kill Social Club, close everything related to it BUT NOT steam. Wait until steam stops "Running the game" and then hit play again. Mine downloaded some social club stuff, reopened it and the game launched. Yip, all three. But Use IObit Uninstaller to uninstall Steam, Rockstar Launcher and the game, because it completely removes any program, completely, including Registry entries. Make sure to choose the FREE version, not the Trial IN6gw.
